I request a 24 hour cancellation call or text. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time.   Clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services they need.   Most of Dalia’s clients have been on the wait list at some point and you know that Dalia works diligently to get you in for that last minute appointment before your vacation!  If you are a Preferred exclusive client of Dalia’s and need to cancel within a 24 hour period, your cancellation fee may be waived at the discretion of Dalia.   Everyone is not exclusive!
